Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Saturday.
Carriers
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
USPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
*Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
RETURN POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Graiai Vintage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
*Buyer is responsible for shipping fees back to Graiai Vintage
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
*Your item must be in the original packaging; inclusive of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
